Initially I thought to get the cover in grey but I am glad that I bought the white. The white will deflect the heat better and it looks crisp and clean. Query to your customer service helped me select the right size for my mini-split.
The package arrived really quickly. It was very big and heavy and the components were packed securely inside. However, I had to move it myself (I'm a short senior) to behind my driveway gate with difficulty. What might be useful if there had been some hand holes on the box.
My handyman put it together in fairly quick fashion and I was able to show the AirDeko video from your website so that he would understand how the cover can be lifted off the wall fasteners for maintenance. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of my cover and the service from AirDeko.

Great looking product. We've installed four of them in North Idaho as a test case and are eager to see how the covers effect heat pump performance at low ambient temperatures, with snow accumulation. If they don't restrict airflow or cause downstream issues with the low ambient systems, this is something we'll offer with every install going forward.

Ordering, receiving, assembling and mounting the AirDeko™ mini-split cover could not have been better. Because the unit costs a few $$$ & it would be ordered via the website without a chance to see the product in person I wanted to talk to a real person about it. Much to my surprise a real person answered my call (as he was getting on a plane). My questions were answered, my doubts satisfied so I placed the order. The unit arrived as promised (in a very timely fashion). The packaging it arrived in was as well engineered as the cover itself therefore it arrived in perfect condition ready to install. The person who put the cover together & mounted it over the mini split is a family member and a heating & cooling tech. He was very impressed with the materials, the design as well as the ease of prep & installation (as am I). I am also happy with the appearance especially because it is on the front of my home. Perhaps sometime in the future I will paint it the same color as the house but for now the white works for me. I take referring others to products & services seriously & don’t often to that. That being said; I highly recommend this product.

What a pleasure to call a company to ask questions about a product and they answer you right away AND engage in further discussion via text. I have an old brick house so I was worried about attaching this to the building and I also wasn't sure what size I should get, but Jerry was with me every step of the way. When UPS delivered the cover the box was pretty much ripped open. I was sure it was going to be unusable, but it was packed so well inside that it was fine! It went up so easily and I was able to attach it to my brick after purchasing special screw anchors that Jerry recommended. Will buy covers for my other two condensers in the future.

I have a 200 gallon salt water Aquarium in my Florida room at a condo. I use chillers to keep it at 77 degrees. My old setup had a chiller right next to tank. When it ran it dumped hot air into the room working against the AC.
So I got a 1 hp chiller and placed it outside of sunroom. I get a lot of rain directly in front of the glass so I built a shroud on the sides and top to prevent rain from directly hitting the chiller which I couldn't place against the glass as that is the exhaust fan. Works great! Keeps the HOA off my back (I'm on the board anyways!) My Aquarium weekly service guy loves it and is going to install on several of his high end clients houses.

Easy to assemble, even with a somewhat unique installation situation. Because of placement, one end is on slab and another on soil. Was able to work it out with provided feet on one end. Also, had to notch for connections. But, as you can see in photo, everything worked out great. And receiving lots of compliments.

We tried to install the cover last week, but had to send it back due to the size: We ordered a Medium, but it w
( we would have had to scribe into the adjacent window moulding to make it fit), while the Small wouldn't cover our heat exchange unit. The cover was very well built and nice looking, but we unfortunately had to return it. The company was very understanding, and sent us a return label.

I sent you two pictures showing the enclosure. I love the enclosure and feel that it will protect our compressor. My only question is part of the back of the compressor is exposed and I’m wondering if you have a partial piece that will cover the opening you can see that on the second picture, I found that your service and your handling of the delivery was excellent. Please let me know if you have a solution for the exposed part that shows in the back it looks like there are holes for something additional that could be placed to partially cover the back of the compressor .

High quality structure and it looks great! We had to get a bit creative with installation because the unit was already installed on a pad that didn't have enough room for the cover to sit on it. My installer added four concrete pads at each corner and then bolted the cover into those to secure it. They can be unscrewed for maintenance needs.

My homeowners association required that I put a shield around my condenser which was mounted on my roof to keep the condenser out of view and I had to paint it the same as my stucco. The cover was very substantial, manufactured well and went together easily. I purchased the legs to raise the cover up a little and added some short extensions to the bolts to gain a little more height (the bolts are metric).

At first I was doubtful that the screen would fit the existing conditions of the AC unit and adjacent refrigerant lines but Jerry was able to guide me over the phone and suggest the correct size.
