Our tankless gas water heater faces the south living in Sacramento, CA. Summer time can be excruciating for things being left outside. I was considering building my own cover until I started seeing these covers on the internet. They look good and had a very modern styling. This was easy to assemble and light weight to pick up. I'm glad to have gotten this cover. I'm sure it will last for a long time, and perhaps out last the water heater itself.
Excellent product. Install directions are not user friendly as difficult to follow. Also nuts and bolts for extension legs not in the package. Had to buy 8 close to description in instructions at Lowe’s. So great product. Instructions need a redo and quality control after product was made and packaged. I assume they are made when order made and purchased.
Great looking product that spruces up and unsightly water heater
We had some shipping delays but Victor was very responsive and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He even called to let me know when the cover was shipping. My contractor had never installed before and really liked the aesthetic. We will definitely buy again.
Cover looks nice and easy to install.
We just installed it today and it was super easy. Contractor recommended the double to cover unit and pipes. Color, quality and design stunning and matches well with our ac cover unit as well. Fully recommended!
Looks great, good fit. My only comment would be about the instructions, assembly and installation, could be clearer. Also a video would be great! Other than that I'm happy with the product. Thank you

Fits great, looks great! So glad we added this, it makes everything look cleaner on the patio.
The only complaint I have is that the instructions were very vague and getting to the video seemed difficult. But we figured it out and it looks good.

The product is good but there were zero instructions included in the box to ensure we assembled properly. It was packed really well but someone dropped the ball on including any paperwork.
