Beautiful product. Exactly what I was looking for. Searched for months to find a solution for my 3 HVAC units and this was by far the best solution. Looks very professional once installed. Customer service is best i received in years. Will add photos soon.

For this kind of money, why is the back panel not included, but instead has to be purchased separately?
Please give some thought to including the back panel as a buyer option when ordering the main unit . Otherwise, very happy with my purchase ...
It’s more intrusive than we thought and the base needs to be an inch or two wider because it doesn’t fit squarely around our compressor coils. Also for the price the rubber feet should come with the unit.
