The product is very well made and fairly easy to assemble. A few cautionary notes however. Because there is no back panel on the product it is a bit flimsy laterally from side to side on the back of the cover. Not a problem if you never expect to have any load on this cover. I live in an area where we get lots of snowfall and was concerned the unit would bend under the load of a good storm. To preclude that, I attached 1 inch square stock along the side of the unit to have the load carried better. I did this on both sides of the cover, bolting it in at the top and the bottom. I also added a diagnol strap from one corner in the back and attached it to the concrete with an anchor bolts. This stiffened it up substantially. It is now sturdy enough to stand on and/or support a snow load. It is a bit of a design flaw in my estimation, but if you don't live where snow falls, or have concerns of a load on top, it should not be a problem. I do think the manufacturer could have stiffened it up where the cutout is to be stronger. Additionally, they should provide a way to diagonally strap the back to stiffen it as well. I also purchased a couple of L brackets to the open end in the back to secure the unit to the concrete base. The last small complaint I have is that they provide wing nut type bolts that are a bit difficult to hold when tightening the bolts that hold the unit together. All in all, with the exception of the structural issues, I'm happy with the cover. They were a bit slow responding to some questions that I had prior to purchase, and some of the photos on the website do not seem to show what appear to be modifications to the shape of the side panels at the cutouts. The AirDeko a/c cover is perfect and goes well with the black steel beams on our recently completed Japanese pavilion in our back yard. Overall the product is great, but experience with your shipping partner isn't. Even though you have labels about fragile contents the package looked like it was run over by a truck. One corner of the top plate was bent by about 30 degrees. There are also some imperfections in metal preparation or painting. Since it's not a piece of art I didn't care too much, but quality control could be better as well as shipping experience.

Fantastic customer service. High quality product. I feel like it will be a very. If upgrade to our old cover. Our only difficulty is that our concrete pads (2) that the condenser sits on are the same width of the condenser and cover and thus prevents the feet from touching the ground. I wish there were some height extensions for the feet. But we can add pavers beneath them to adjust for height. Overall very happy. Did not disappoint.

I was a little skeptical at first for the quality. Decided to purchase two extra large charcoal, gray units. I couldn’t be more happy as it brought new life to the backyard where the air conditioners are located. They look great, assembly was super easy, and very attractive. Just one very small issue, there were two of the same Allen wrenches in the package when it should’ve been a small and large. Beyond that the gloves were great which made assembly easy I just had to use my own Allen wrench. Thanks guys.

I love my beautiful AirDeko! I've seen other AC condenser covers being offered online, and none of them looked as good as the AirDeko units. The price tag was a bit higher, and I was a little hesitant, but I went for it, and I am extremely happy that I did.
It wasn't difficult to assemble it myself, although having a second hand would have helped. Once it was all put together, I couldn't believe the transformation of what my condenser looked like before and after. It improved the entire look of my yard.
The truth is, even if your condenser is brand new, this unit will make it much more attractive and somewhat quieter too!
Finally, I must say, this company is customer service at it's finest. Before, and even after the sale, the rep on the phone was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Just the way a company rep should be. Can't say enough good things here!
